I give a try to make something as an ikbs . Without any tool, i try .
the blade is a 6mm file (it's not a good idea the file for the ikbs but it's
fun).
Partial hardening.
Handle in 304Lss (4mm thick) and 1/16" ball bearing . the result is not
totaly good. One handle is too thin, and the chanel for the ball failed during
some sanding stage. I have to make another one because with that one, during
the flip i lose some ball .
The other handle is great and really no play at all.
For a first try, i'm happy, without any good and real tool that is fun, and
it's possible to make something in the same spirit (i 'm not able to name
that thing as an IKBS by respect for Lala's brother and Flavio .) But it's
in the idea and i'm sure that i'm able to make somehting good .
tuesday i give a try to remplace the handle (the one that on the edge) for
one larger and with deeper chanel for the ball .
I admit that thing is strange, ugly and very weird. But i'm happy of my first
try and i'm sure that i will succeed one day to make a real and good ikbs
